EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
First of all thank you for your purchase and for choosing us! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: it must not have been worn, used or otherwise damaged and must be in its original packaging.
Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return correctly, please contact us at mindyoursjewels@gmail.com indicating the order number and specifying that it is a return . Items that are returned or exchanged without prior notification or in unsuitable conditions will not be accepted.
Once we have received the return, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send the package. Return shipping costs are always customer's responsibility . As soon as we receive the item, we will check it to verify that it meets all the above requirements. In the event that the product does not comply with the conditions of eligibility for acceptance of the return (for example damaged) it will not be refunded. Instead, if the return is accepted, you will receive a refund on the initial payment method. Returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt (NB it may take a different amount of time to appear on your statement depending on your bank).
If you wish to make an exchange and receive a replacement product, you can follow the same steps listed for returns (send us an email specifying that it is an exchange , arrange shipping and guarantee the integrity of the product to be returned). We remind you that we are available for exchanges regarding ring sizes within the limits of stock availability and the sizes indicated on the site (SML). In the event that you wish to replace an item with a different one, simply make a return and, once accepted and refunded, purchase the new desired product from the website.
Damaged or incorrect product
Upon receipt of the item, it is necessary to immediately check it and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. In this specific case, the procedure is always to send an email to mindyoursjewels@gmail.com specifying that the product is incorrect or damaged and also inserting the following details:
- A photo of the incorrect, damaged or defective item;
- The order number and the name of the person who placed the order in question.
Obviously in this specific case we will cover the shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift vouchers.
