When should I order to receive the jewelry in time for Christmas?
From the moment they are handed over to the courier, shipments to Italy take approximately 48 hours to reach their destination. However, during holiday periods, there may be unforeseen delays. For this reason, if you want to receive your package by Christmas, we recommend ordering early: the recommended deadline for placing orders is December 18th .
If I need to exchange/return a gift and I ordered it in advance to receive it in time, what do I do?
For all orders placed after December 1st and delivered by December 24th, we offer an extended exchange and return window designed for Christmas gifts. Simply notify us of your request by the first business day after the holidays (Monday, December 29th). The jewelry must be intact, unworn, and in its original packaging. From that point, you have the standard 14-day return period.
Is it possible to have a gift box?
Absolutely! If specified in the notes box in your cart, a gift box with ribbon and a gift tag will be added to your order at no additional cost. Please note that the jewelry arrives in its own box and not wrapped, so you can inspect it before wrapping it.
How do I receive gift wrapping if I forgot to specify in the notes box that my order is a gift?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can let us know promptly by writing an email to the following address:

and putting the order number in the subject so we can recognize it.
Shipping/Returns and Exchanges
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Italy and all of Europe, but we hope to expand our shipping to more countries soon.
What are the shipping times?
Shipments to Italy can take 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays), while to the rest of Europe they take 6 to 12 business days. For more information , click here .
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the courier tracking information so you can follow your package's progress. If you encounter any problems or don't receive this email, please contact us here: mindyoursjewels@gmail.com
Can I return an item? If I ordered the wrong ring size, can I exchange it?
Exchanges and returns are possible if requested within 14 days of receiving the product. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaged in the same way it was received. For more information, please see our return policy by clicking here .
Jewels
What metal is the jewelry made of? Is it nickel-free?
All our jewelry is handcrafted using the lost-wax casting technique in 925 silver and plated with rhodium or 24k gold. They are nickel-free as 925 silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper .
Does the plating come off right away?
No, the plating doesn't come off immediately if you follow certain precautions and take proper care of your jewelry. To learn more, please read the jewelry care instructions by clicking here .
What stones do you use?
The stones we use are all natural, so you may often notice a slight variation in color, which is completely normal and makes the piece even more unique.
Is it possible to personalize a piece of jewelry?
We do not currently offer customization services.
The only change that can be made, specifying it in the order notes or by contacting us, is a stone change. For example: the gold Poise ring has a blue topaz, while the silver version has an amethyst. You can request the silver version with the topaz or the gold version with the amethyst. Note: Changes are made between rings of the same type, as in the example. Gifts
Can I request gift wrapping?
Absolutely! Just add your request for gift wrapping in the order notes, and we'll send it free of charge with your jewelry. We don't usually gift wrap unless specifically requested, as we prefer the customer to see the jewelry first, so the gift bag arrives wrapped separately. A quick tip for gift wrapping: we always recommend adding a little gray scented paper and the jewelry care kit (which we provide) to the gift bag, and tying it with a ribbon in your favorite color.
