Shipping/Returns and Exchanges
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within EU, but we hope to expand our shipping to more countries soon.
What are the shipping times?
Shipments to Italy can take 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays), while to the rest of Europe they take 6 to 12 business days. For more information , click here .
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the courier tracking information so you can follow your package's progress. If you encounter any problems or don't receive this email, please contact us here: mindyoursjewels@gmail.com
Can I return an item? If I ordered the wrong ring size, can I exchange it?
Exchanges and returns are possible if requested within 14 days of receiving the product. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaged in the same way it was received. For more information, please see our return policy by clicking here .

What metal is the jewelry made of? Is it nickel-free?
All our jewelry is handcrafted using the lost-wax casting technique in 925 silver and plated with rhodium or 24k gold. They are nickel-free as 925 silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper .
Does the plating come off right away?
No, the plating doesn't come off immediately if you follow certain precautions and take proper care of your jewelry. To learn more, please read the jewelry care instructions by clicking here .
What gemstones do you use?
The stones we use are all natural, so you may often notice a slight variation in color, which is completely normal and makes the piece even more unique.
Is it possible to customize the jewelry available on the website?
Yes, it is possible to make certain modifications to the pieces in our collections:
- Ring sizes: if your desired size is not listed among those available on the website, we can create the piece in your exact size.
- Stone changes within the same design: for example, the Poise ring in gold features a blue topaz, while its silver version has an amethyst. You may request the silver version with blue topaz or the gold version with amethyst.
- Choosing a different stone from the catalog: it is possible to select stones other than those shown in the catalog, subject to availability and technical feasibility.
⚠️ Note: any modification requires the piece to be made from scratch and takes at least 20 business days.

Do you make custom jewelry?
At the moment, we do not create custom jewelry outside of the collections featured on our website.
Gifts
Can I request gift bag?
Absolutely! Just add your request for gift wrapping in the order notes, and we'll send it free of charge with your jewelry. We don't usually gift wrap unless specifically requested, as we prefer the customer to see the jewelry first, so the gift bag arrives wrapped separately. A quick tip for gift wrapping: we always recommend adding a little gray scented paper and the jewelry care kit (which we provide) to the gift bag, and tying it with a ribbon in your favorite color.
